Commercial Solicitor

The firm has a highly established presence in the legal market and is well known for their high quality work. Our client is a full-service commercial law firm, providing legal advice to clients in both the private and public sectors as well as individuals.

In this role you will have a particular focus on supporting advanced manufacturing companies, ranging from the operators of major process plant through to highly specialised life sciences supply chain businesses. We help with procurement and supply chain management, product development and routes to market. The firm are especially active in relation to energy transition and decarbonisation projects and productivity improvement initiatives. You will work on large scale industrial projects for multi-national corporations as well as supporting rapidly expanding scale-up businesses and SMEs. You will have the opportunity to help businesses in the North of England and across the UK break into new markets, in particular the USA and Saudi Arabia. The role also includes the opportunity to work on international secondments.

The successful candidate will ideally be 2 PQE or more, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
