A Yorkshire based Law firm with offices based across several locations in the county have an exciting new opportunity for a Family Solicitor who is looking to join a forward thinking and expanding law firm that really focuses on its private law services.

The firm is well established and has a diverse and strong regional and national client base. Departments are well supported and new work is constantly gained by marketing support. This is ideal for a solicitor who wants to make a name for themselves in the market and given the chance to progress.

The role
Based in the York, the office in this location has a strong client base and coming into this role you will be handling a varied caseload of private family matters. This includes but not limited to divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation issues and disagreements about children.

You will work with minimal supervision on matters but the firm want to use this as a chance for you to prove yourself and they will reward this with progression.

You will join a large team based throughout Yorkshire, the support network is great and it is a friendly and forward thinking team.

The candidate
The firm are looking for a candidate that can handle a caseload of private family matters with little supervision.

Client skills are essential, the office has established a reputation of being friendly and dealing with their client's needs in a highly professional and effective way.

Our client has advised that the ideal PQE is 3 or more years to have the right level of experience for the role.
