Who am I and what can I do for you?
My name is Leona, I’m a Principal Consultant in the Private Practice Team based in Manchester, and I specialise in placing candidates right through from paralegal level, up to Partner and team moves. I mainly cover Manchester & the North West, with an additional focus on Cheshire, North Wales & Cumbria
What else should you know about me?
I started at Sacco Mann many moons ago whilst still at university, with no idea what recruitment entailed, and now I’m part of the furniture!

What team are you part of, and what is the best thing about your team?
Private Practice Manchester. My favourite part about our team is how much fun we have! Recruitment can be a tough industry, but we all get each other through every part of it.
A memorable event, day or memory at Sacco Mann?
For our year end celebrations post-covid, Sacco Mann rented a huge manor house called Carlton Towers and we lived like we were on Downton Abbey for a weekend…
- If you weren’t in this career, what else would you do and why? A travel blogger/ influencer – being paid to review hotels and holidays? The DREAM
- What is always in your fridge or cupboard? A lovely bottle of red wine
- Favourite holiday destination? I could never pick just one place, but my Top 3 are New York, Santorini & Mykonos
