Who am I and what can I do for you?
I work across the Patent and Trade Mark & In-house teams supporting the consultants throughout the recruitment process. My role is hugely varied, but I particularly enjoy getting to know candidates and being part of the process that helps them explore their career options. With our collective experience and guidance, our aim is always to offer candidates and clients an outstanding service.
What team are you part of, and what is the best thing about your team?
We’re a well-established team who all respect and acknowledge each other’s contributions and we will unequivocally support each other.
5 words that describe me? Kind, open-minded, optimistic, pragmatic, resilient
What else should you know about me?
In previous careers I’ve been a Picture Editor for a content marketing agency and a Production Manager in a photographic studio. I’ve loved the change of direction into recruitment, it’s been a pretty linear transferal of skills, as listening and communication have always been pivotal throughout my working life.
A memorable event, day or memory at Sacco Mann?
A memorable time for me at Sacco Mann is around the support that we were given by our Directors during the pandemic. They all saw the importance in us staying connected and made themselves available anytime if we needed anything in what was an extraordinary era.
- Likes: Conversations and hearing different opinions, travelling and coming home, fresh air, nature and animals (especially Scout our cat and the Canada geese that fly over our house twice daily), quiet moments to contemplate, fixing/mending projects, history, especially the 18th and 19th centuries.
- Dislikes: I’d prefer not to list, we live in strange and scary times!
- If you weren’t in this career, what else would you do and why? I love film, art, design, books – a Critic of any of those art forms would be exciting.
- What is your favourite quote? ''The only wealth which you will keep forever is the wealth you have given away.'' - Marcus Aurelius
