International, Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit an experienced Banking Solicitor into their Manchester offices for a 12 month FTC.

This practice is a Top 100 law firm that wants to provide the best possible services for their clients on a regional, national and international basis and we have experience placing from Partner to NQ with them so we can provide true insight to you at every level.

This practise is known for their excellent culture, flexibility and paying at the top of the market due to the size and reputation of the firm.

Your day to day within this role may include advising financial institutions, funds and corporate clients both nationally and internationally as well as a wide spectrum of banking and finance work such as:

  • Corporate lending
  • General banking
  • Leveraged and structured finance
  • Real estate and project finance
  • Venture debt
  • Growth finance

The successful candidate will be ambitious and is looking to grow and develop alongside a well-regarded law firm. You will have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, be a fantastic team player and have a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate for this Banking Solicitor role will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Banking law, has previous experience within corporate lending and can work well as part of a team.
