Commercial, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Banking Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

Our client is looking for a Banking Solicitor, who can take ownership of their caseload of matters and run other day-to-day tasks including:
- Offer comprehensive legal advice and assistance on a wide range of non-contentious banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, project finance, asset-based lending, syndicated loans, and refinancing transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research, prepare legal documents, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective legal strategies that align with business objectives.
- Take part in Business Development Initiatives and build up a network.
The successful candidate will ideally have 3-6 years PQE, is commercially aware, can prioritise their own time effectively, has a keen eye for detail and is wanting to achieve a lucrative, long-term career.
