Childcare Paralegal

A well-established firm with offices based across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire is recruiting for an experienced Childcare Paralegal to join the team. You can work out of any of the following offices: Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford, Nottingham, Peterborough, or Grimsby. Having been established for over a century, the firm has a strong client base with much of the work coming through referrals and word of mouth. This is a down to earth firm where you can establish a long-term career in their growing and ever busy Childcare Team.

Joining the team, you will be working on a variation of children matters including childcare proceedings, child contact agreements, domestic abuse claims and adoption. You will be running a caseload of Legal Aid matters, advising, and representing clients with these services and more.

You will have previous experience as a paralegal in a Childcare Team and be comfortable working on a busy workload.
