Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking a new opportunity in Liverpool?
Sacco Mann are working with a highly regarded firm that specialises in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, who are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their growing Clinical Negligence team, who are dedicated to achieving outstanding results for clients.
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
- Independently handle a varied caseload of complex, high-value Clinical Negligence claims.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and technical expertise.
- Prepare cases for trail and conduct negotiations.
- Ensure cases are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Achieve financial and case progression targets.
Who are they looking for?:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence.
- Extensive experience in handling high-value and complex claims.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with a diverse range of clients.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and develop junior team members while managing a busy caseload.
- Commitment to client care and achieving the best possible outcomes.
