Progressive, Legal 500 law firm looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Liverpool offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting Commercial Property Solicitor position within an award-winning team to work on your own caseload of matters including:
- Transactions including buying and selling Commercial Properties
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Commercial lending
- Bespoke Commercial Property agreements

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have at 0-4 years' previous experience within Real Estate law, has excellent client care skills, is wanting to establish themselves at a well-regarded legal practice and is looking to really make a difference with their work.
If you are at an NQ level, you will ideally have completed at least a 6 months seat within Commercial Property or have prior Paralegal experience.
