Award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

Within this Commercial Solicitor role, you will be joining a nationally recognised team with a focus on primary care providers and in particular general practitioners.
Within this role, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Preparing and reviewing Partnership documentation for medical and dental practitioners
- Providing general advice to primary care networking and working on Partnership mergers
- Provide NHS Contract advice
- Developing internal and external relationships
- Assisting with Business Development Initiatives
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 0-3 years' PQE within Commercial law, is able to work well under pressure, is driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals. If you are an NQ, you will ideally have completed at least a 6 month seat within Commercial law or have prior Commercial Paralegal experience.
