Commercial Solicitor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a top-tier international firm based in Leeds.

The role will involve working as part of a team specialising in commercial contracts. You will be advising on a wide range of commercial and technology matters, dealing with high value cases, supporting on the commercial aspects for corporate deals, advising on technology and outsourcing related regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to the financial services sector, advising on data centre contracts, Client facing management and much more.

The ideal candidate would have 5+ PQE advising on IT, Commercial and outsourcing contracts, however, if you fall outside of these parameters and feel you have the necessary skills, other applications are welcome.
