This is a rare and really interesting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with expertise in the Data Privacy and Technology arena. The clientele, an array of large institutional businesses, a whole variety of entrepreneurial clients and some niche and cutting edge sectors, provides a wealth of interesting and high quality work. Importantly there is huge scope to grow their offering further and the team and the career prospects and opportunity here is really good.
The role comes from a broad commercial base but will have a focus on Data Privacy and Technology matters and will suit a solicitor with an interest in this field. There is scope to balance the level of absolute specialism and so the incoming lawyer may become practically a complete specialist or alternatively keep a wider scope of work as part of their portfolio.

In general terms this will suit a solicitor with in excess of 5 years post qualification expertise in commercial law and ideally a decent exposure to Data Privacy and Technology law.
