We are proud to be working with a forward-thinking law which is fully immersed in the world of Construction. The firm are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their well-established team.
The role:
They are looking for a Construction Associate (0-2 years PQE) to join the contentious team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings. The firm is also open to considering experienced litigators with a real interest in specialising within construction law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing construction disputes
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings or witness statements
- Assisting case strategy and managing litigation processes
- Supporting senior solicitors with case preparation and research and strategy on contentious matters
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
About you:
- 0-2 years' experience managing your own caseload of Construction OR Litigation matters
- Experience in construction disputes or a strong interest in developing a career in this area
- Alternatively, experience in general litigation with a desire to specialise in construction
- Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
