Our client, a leading North East law firm, are recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Newcastle. The role would suit a Conveyancing Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' PQE gained within residential conveyancing sales and purchases. The role would also suit qualified Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers, who can confidently run a caseload from instruction to completion, dealing with the full realm of sales, purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity cases, dealing with cases from the point of instruction through to completion with admin support.
