Award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role within a law firm that offers fantastic development opportunities to suit your strengths and desires to progress your career.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be joining a large team to provide clients with comprehensive and professional advice to a wide range of Corporate transactional matters.
Within this Corporate Solicitor role, your duties will include:
- Running your own caseload of mergers, acquisitions, management buy-out and buy ins, trade sales, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and disposals
- Advising clients on general company law compliance and corporate governance
- Supporting more junior members of the team when necessary
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Corporate law, is driven, very commercially aware and has excellent client care skills.
