Court of Protection Fee Earner

Are you an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal or junior Chartered Legal Executive looking for a new role based in Manchester? Then this could be a great role for you!

Sacco Mann are working with a leading, National law firm on an exciting new position in their award-winning Court of Protection team. You'd take on your own caseload of deputyship and trust matters whilst assisting on more complex Court of Protection and Mental Capacity work.

This is a top tier team who are highly regarded across the UK and can offer clear long-term progression routes and continued learning and development opportunities.

Ideally you will hold at least 2 years of experience managing Grade C or above Court of Protection matters, exemplary communication skills and an eye for detail.
