Credit Hire File Handler

A top 100 law firm is looking for a Credit Hire file Handler to join their expanding Credit Hire and Recoveries department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working Credit Hire File Handler looking for a large personable firm, to progress their career within a commercial law firm (defendant).

This opportunity will suit those who can comfortably manage their own caseload from inception to completion. The successful candidate will benefit from a strong pre-litigated workload.

The File Handler role:

• Pursue settlement of files in a timely manner
• Formulate an initial strategy
• Commence telephone negotiations with Credit Hire organisations and insurers where necessary
• Reviewing pre-proceedings files

The File Handler candidate will have experience:

• Managing a caseload from start to finish
• Working within Credit Hire for at least 1 year
• Some knowledge of dealing with ABI CHOs
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads
