Specialist professional services firm are looking for a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor to join their Coventry office.
Within this Crime and Regulatory Solicitor role, you will be dealing with motor crime, inquests and nursing/care home sector matters and health and safety cases. Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Investigating the incident circumstances
- Supporting clients
- Taking initial statements
- Attending interviews
- Working on cases through to completion
- Reviewing and analysing evidence
- Drafting witness statements
- Liaising with the Court and other third parties
This is an excellent job opportunity to someone looking to work within a reputable firm either on a full-time or part-time basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within Motor Crime, has excellent client care and time management skills, is able to remain calm under pressure and is confident in their own ability.
