The role:
In this role you will join a supportive and dynamic team, getting the opportunity to manage their own caseload of debt-related litigation matters. You will work closely with a range of clients, providing expert legal advice and handling contentious debt recovery matters through all stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients directly, proving expert legal advice and ensuring a high-quality service
- Responsible for conducting negotiations with opposing partis to seek efficient resolutions
- Assisting with the enforcement of judgements and orders
- Managing the post litigation process and ensure that clients are provided with timely updates on the progress of their cases
About you?
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client focused, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
- At least 1-5 year's experience managing your own caseload within Litigation, ideally debt recovery
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with IT systems, including Windows, Word and Excel
