Employment Legal Director

We are working with a major trade union, looking to recruit a high-level Employment Solicitor position, to work at a strategic, senior management level. The union is one of the largest in the country and has members across a wide range of sectors - both public and private. The role will be based in London (with some travel to other sites in the UK) and is being recruited on a part time, job share basis - to work 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate for this position is likely to be a c. 10 years + PQE Employment Solicitor, with significant experience practising within industrial and employment relations law. You will ideally have solid experience with law firm management and/or strategy - this role will sit on the Senior Management team.

This is an office-based position located in central London. There is an excellent benefits package on offer which includes final salary pension and over 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). The role is to work 3 days per week, on a job share basis.

A great opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor / Legal Director to do something different, outside of traditional law firm practice, and work at a senior level with a well-known trade union.
