They are looking to recruit a junior Employment Solicitor - it may be that you are qualifying soon or up to three or four years pqe, what is critical to them is your attitude, approach and a clearly demonstrable interest in Employment Law. They are happy to offer full training and development within a role that would give you the best possible start to your career but whatever your level of experience your base must be strong and your passion for Employment Law demonstrable.
