Sacco Mann has been instructed on an Employment Solicitor role within a Tier 1 rated legal practice that is known for their excellent workplace culture, have fantastic benefits package including a lucrative bonus scheme, offer flexible working options and top-end salaries.

You will be joining a large and leading Employment team to work on their own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for a broad range of clients as well as undertaking Business Development Initiatives, supporting the wider team with training and knowledge sharing as well as creating content for the firm's channels and publications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to work on an international level and work closely with well-respected Partners. The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 0-4 years PQE within Employment law, has strong analytical and communication skills and is a fantastic team player.

If you would be joining this role at an NQ level, you be required to have either taken an Employment seat during your Training Contract or have at least 6 months previous experience in Employment law as a Paralegal.
