Insolvency Solicitor

Leading, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor into their central Manchester offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed by one of our long-standing commercially focused clients who are recruiting for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked, well-regarded team.

They are a law firm that looks to employ experts that can provide clients with professional, sound advice and support.

As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will be representing a varied client base on a range of Insolvency matters such as:

• Bankruptcy
• Liquidation
• Administration
• Individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs)

Your other day to day duties will include conducting legal research, giving legal advice and preparing court documents pertaining to insolvency proceedings.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1+ years PQE, is confident in their own ability and is looking to establish themselves for the long-term. You will be working closely with the Insolvency Partner & Head of Department so this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within your role.
