Well-established, multi-sector law firm looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor into their Bury offices.
This respected, high-street law firm looks to recruit expert and ambitious staff who want to progress for the long term, which is why they offer excellent development opportunities and hands on support from Partners.
Within this Litigation Solicitor role, you will be running your own mixed caseload, working alongside 2 Partners on matters that may include:
- Inheritance dispute claims
- Contested wills/probates
- TOLATA claims
- Commercial Contract disputes and claims
- Debt collection
As well as this, you will be involved in building and maintaining a loyal client base and work on Business Development matters.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 2-5 years PQE within Litigation, is able to work well under pressure, has excellent time management skills and is commercially aware.
