National, award-winning law firm looking for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their Birmingham office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Planning Solicitor role within a Top 40 ranked legal practice that has a fantastic benefits package including 28 days of holiday, private healthcare cover, a generous pension scheme and flexible working options.
Within this Planning Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs and completing strategies
- Advising a broad client base on all Planning matters
- Ensuring the needs of the firm's loyal client base are met with exceptional results
- Drafting and negotiation of planning agreements
- Supporting more junior members of the team when needed
The successful candidate will ideally have between 3+ years PQE, is confident in their own ability, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
