National, award-winning law firm are looking to hire an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their Legal 500 rated team in their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a fantastic opportunity to work with a Top 50, Legal 500 ranked law firm where the successful Private Client Solicitor will gain invaluable experience first-hand, within a welcoming team. As a Planning Solicitor, your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs, strategy, and highways/public rights of way matters
  • Advising broad spectrum of clients
  • Ensuring the needs of the firm's loyal client base are met with exceptional results
  • Court Proceedings
  • Drafting and negotiation on agreements
  • Acquisitions and disposal agreements
  • Compensation Claims

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE in Planning law, can work well as part of a team and is looking to establish themselves for a fruitful career, in the long-term.
