Boutique, specialist law firm looking to recruit an experience Property Litigation Solicitor into their South Manchester offices.

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your duties and day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Managing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters from inception to completion on boundary dispute claims, landlord and tenant disputes, disrepair matters and contractual disputes
  • Supervising junior colleagues
  • Working closely with clients to build lasting relationships
  • Assist in the business development and networking activities of the department and wider business
  • Conducting relevant legal research

The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Property law, has excellent client care and communication skills, are passionate about what you do and are looking to contribute to the overall development of a reputable legal practice.
