Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancer role in a regional, respected law firm that offers employees flexible working options to ensure a stable work/life balance, a competitive salary for the area and excellent progression opportunities.

Within this Residential Conveyancer role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Freehold and leasehold matters
• Sales and purchases
• Buy to Let
• Re-Mortgage matters
• New build properties
• Auction sales

You will be joining a supportive, close-knit team who are experiencing expansion, meaning this is an exciting time to come into the business.

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing law, is passionate about all they do and is wanting to make a name for themselves in a leading firm.
