You would be working as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a firm that has been around for over 100 years. This is a well-established firm that has offices around Yorkshire and is known for its friendly and down-to-earth working atmosphere.

Role

• In this role you will be managing your own caseload of predominately freehold but including leasehold, sales & purchase files from start to completion with full autonomy.
• You will need to maintain close relationships with clients and be the point of contact in which you will be expected to provide a personal service from start to finish.
• In this role you will have full support from legal assistants allowing you to fully focus on fee earning.

Candidate

• It is essential you have had a long-standing career within residential conveyancing and have managed a caseload of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters previously.
• The ideal candidate will be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor with a PQE upwards of NQ.
• Personality is a key factor in this role, therefore the candidate needs to fit in within the firms good working atmosphere and be a team player.
