Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

Sacco Mann are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in the East Midlands, to develop the new Residential Conveyancing team in the Corby office. This role will suit an individual with a proven background in Conveyancing looking to step up to Team Leader and excel their career.

Our client is an award-winning law firm and have several offices across the region, with a strong client base. You will be developing the team in Corby with support from the Kettering office, working on a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters including sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity which includes new build and leasehold work. You will be responsible for managing professional relationships with clients and estate agents, with a key focus on developing new relationships. You will be an active member of the team and manage the wider department in Corby as it grows.

The firm are wanting to speak with experienced Residential Conveyancers with proven business development skills. Prior experience of managing a team of conveyancers, paralegals or fee earners is desirable but not essential.
