Residential Development Solicitor

Full-service, respected law firm looking to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

You will be joining a friendly and sociable team who aim to provide professional, easy to understand advice for all their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding law firm and gain exposure to high values files.

Within this Residential Development Solicitor role, you will be managing your own caseload on the behalf of a varied client base on matters that may include:

• Routine and complex transactions
• Deeds easement
• Infrastructure agreements
• Land agreements
• Collaboration agreements
• Acquisitions
• Licence agreements

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Residential Property law, is ambitious in their long-term career goals and can work well as part of a wider team.
